Terms & Conditions
1. WorldCardPro is a virtual, prepaid Visa card.
2. The WorldCardPro is a pre-paid, value card that, once activated, can
be used to make Visa transactions over the Internet.
3. The WorldCardPro details are sent via Email within 48 hours (Business days) after payment received.
4.
Each WorldCardPro may be Pre-loaded in one of two currencies (US Dollar
or Euro). However cardholder may use it in any currency.
5. The maximum Preload amount per WorldCardPro is US 2000 or EUR 2000, while the minimum Preload
amount is US 5 or EUR 5.
The Maximum and Minimum Preload amounts may be modified from time
to time. A WorldCardPro visa card may not be reloaded.
WorldCardPro is not a reloadable card.
6. WorldCardPro reserves the right to accept or reject any Preload
request (order), at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
7. The WorldCardPro expires after 3 years from date of issuance. After the
expiration date, the WorldCardPro cannot be cancelled,
and no remaining
balance will be refunded.
8. Authorizations will not be given to merchants processing authorization
requests in amounts exceeding the remaining WorldCardPro balance.
If a
merchant attempts to process a transaction in an amount exceeding the
current WorldCardPro balance,
the transaction will be declined.
9. Cardholder is responsible for monitoring transactions charged to the WorldCardPro. The current balance on the WorldCardPro is available by request.
10. WorldCardPro is not liable for any inconvenience caused or loss incurred due to
failure to approve a transaction by any merchant,
non-receipt of
merchandise or services, or unsatisfactory merchandise or services. WorldCardPro
is not responsible for the delivery,
quality, safety, legality of goods
and services purchased by the cardholder with the WorldCardPro prepaid visa card, or any
aspect thereof,
or for any cancelled recurring transactions.
11. Refunds and cancelled transactions are credited to the WorldCardPro provided
they fully match the original debit transaction and the relevant
merchant.
Credit transactions in currencies other than the Preload
currency will be converted to US Dollars.
A credit transaction that results in a WorldCardPro
balance exceeding the Maximum Preload amount may be rejected.
12. If you suspect fraudulent activity on your WorldCardPro, it is your responsibility to contact us through the dedicated website.
This action will allow us to block your WorldCardPro, and to minimize potential loss to you.
13. WorldCardPro is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions.
14. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of the transaction you
intend to make since laws vary from country to country and
from
jurisdiction
to jurisdiction. WorldCardPro prepaid virtual card may work for Porn
and Gambling sites, however we do not guarantee it will.
15. By purchasing a WorldCardPro or by retaining, using or authorizing the use
thereof, you represent and
warrant that you
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this
Agreement.
16. "Recurring transactions" are transactions that are automatically
charged to your card on a regular basis.
Examples of such transactions
include, but are not limited to, subscription services, Internet
provider charges, or insurance premium payments.
Since this card is
prepaid, these merchants may suspend or cancel your service if your WorldCardPro prepaid virtual card balance is not sufficient
to cover the amount of the recurring
transaction when it comes due.
17. Funds will be withheld for any transaction that has been "authorized,"
and this amount will not be available to you for use elsewhere.
18. The WorldCardPro prepaid virtual card is available for use until the date of expiration, provided
that it contains a balance,
and has not been previously blocked or
cancelled.
19. You must pay a one time fee to receive your card details by Email.
20.
If you use your WorldCardPro for transactions in a currency other than
the Preload currency, the transactions will be converted.
21. Your WorldCardPro prepaid virtual card will be charged the transaction amount after conversion into the load currency.
22. By purchasing, retaining, using or authorizing the use of the WorldCardPro:
22.1. You acknowledge that WorldCardPro has exclusive liability under this
agreement to issue WorldCardPro prepaid virtual cards pursuant
to these terms and conditions and
to facilitate the use of said card to make purchases over the internet.
22.2. You acknowledge that WorldCardPro has no further liability towards you in
connection with the WorldCardPro and this agreement.
22.3. You hereby agree to disclaim any liability, duty, or
responsibility, other than those expressly set forth in this agreement.
22.4. You acknowledge that neither WorldCardPro, nor any officer, director,
representative,
or employee of WorldCardPo is liable to you for any damages or
costs incurred.
23. We send card details within 24 hours after payment received but in some cases may take longer.
24. Warning
to those who come in bad faith. WCP reserves the right to refuse
orders, not to respond, and even block cards already activated.
25. WorldCardPro reserves the right to add, amend, or eliminate any of the terms and
conditions, services offered and/or fees including
those published on
the website, at any time, without prior notice.
